Blue Cap staff have all been Police Check vetted. Our staff also make themselves personally known to existing Janitorial/Caretaking staff to ensure they are known to your key after-hours staff members.

All Blue Cap staff on site wear Blue Cap uniforms at all times. These uniforms consist of blue and orange polo shirts, with Blue Cap badges and can include Blue Cap vests and Bandanas worn when cleaning in cold weather.

Blue Cap staff are also regularly audited by our Quality Control Manager and his team or by the Managing Director personally whilst on-site ensuring that they are exceeding the standards set.
